Summary  

As a Purchasing Solutions Consultant at OJC, you will provide high-level expertise on enterprise solutions such as Ivalua and GEP, and you will be involved in strategic projects for our key account customers. You will manage projects directly with the client or the project manager, lead design workshops, write functional specifications and participate in project management. Depending on the mission, you will take part in the configuration of applications, user training and quality management.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Design: prepare and lead design workshops, analyze and build functional processes, write functional specifications.
  • Implementation: participate in configuration and quality management (writing and automating test cases)
  • Project management: lead or attend meetings and steering committees (internal and client side); control deadlines, costs and risks using the OJC methodology.
  • Customer support: needs gathering, change management (preparation of supports, training), user support
  • Occasionally participate in pre-sales processes (analysis of customer needs, feasibility study, contribution to proposal writing).

Qualification and Experience

Skills

  • Knowledge of Purchasing and Supply Chain processes
  • Design and analysis (processes, use cases, UI)
  • Project methodologies
  • Rigorous, involved and autonomous
  • Good written and oral communication, in French and English
