Specialists in Purchasing and Supply Chain management solutions, we are established in 10 countries in Europe and North America, and most of our projects are international. Duties and responsibilities

  • Entering invoices and accounting data
  • Supplier and customer payments
  • Receipt, registration and dispatch of mail
  • Management of supplies and orders
  • Control of accounts, bank reconciliations, and cash flow
  • Administrative management of personnel
  • Management of expense reports (verification, reimbursement, re-invoicing)
  • Complete management of the payroll cycle in conjunction with the accounting firms of the various subsidiaries
  • Occasionally perform reception and telephone switchboard duties

Qualification and Experience

You have at least three years of experience in accounting and administration or in an accounting firm
You have a good command of computer tools
You are versatile and motivated

Skills

  • Accounting / HR management
  • Organization, rigor and discretion
  • Mastery of the Pack Office and computerized management tools
  • Good writing skills
  • Perfectly fluent in English
